The 25th Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, to be held in Madrid from 2 to 13 December, at which up to 20,000 visitors are expected, will generate approximately 65,000 tonnes of CO2 which will be offset by certified emission reductions to be acquired by the Government of Spain.
